Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a disorder of the intestines which usually consists of diarrhea, constipation, intestinal gas, bloating, cramping and abdominal pain. The most common names for irritable bowel syndrome are known as bowel disease, spastic colon and mucous colitis.

The role of diet is very important in the cause and relief of irritable bowel syndrome. Certain foods such as milk can cause diarrhea while others like fruit and soda can cause bloating and abdominal cramping.

There are 3 types of irritable bowel syndrome. IBS – D sufferers have diarrhea as the most frequent symptom. IBS – C sufferers deal primarily with constipation and IBS – A sufferers can have both.

IBS is a disease that can easily be misdiagnosed because there currently is no laboratory test or imaging test that doctors can use to help diagnose it. IBS symptoms are the main driver for diagnosis and this makes a doctor’s task more difficult since the disease shares so many characteristics with other illnesses. IBS is often mistaken for a number of other diseases including infectious diseases, parasites, food allergies, or lactose intolerance. IBS symptoms also closely mimic the symptoms of a patient with celiac disease.

These studies have lead to the formulation of Bavolex. It contains plant enzymes and extracts designed to help Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This amazing formula stops constipation and bloating. It improves digestion and calms the nervous condition the person suffers from. What is it exactly that Bavolex contains?

This product is highly recommended, you will experience excellent results and on your way to good health.

President Obama recently responded in the negative to a query on whether it’s time to legalize marijuana. Being a smart, rational guy, I guess he knew better than to rock his political boat by giving credence to such an outside-the-box solution as the decriminalization of marijuana.

By anyone’s standards though, our supposed war on drugs is a massive failure, a colossal waste of taxpayer money, and is actually escalating drug violence on our Mexican border with American guns and money flowing south while drugs come flooding north.

For this very reason, even Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently had the good sense to admit that the U.S. bears some responsibility for the escalating drug violence in Mexico. She also admitted that the war on drugs has not been successful. But instead of taking the high road on the issue of her countrymen getting high, she instead offered zero more than basically more of the same.

Her so-called solution is the very definition of insanity, whereby you keep doing the same thing over and over, hoping for a different result.

She should have noted her predecessor’s philosophy of well-read when to hold them or fold them. Former Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice related the story of how she wanted to be a major concert pianist and how she studied piano from the tender age of III, even majoring in music for a while. When she went off to a music festival and met 12-year-olds who could play from sight, that had taken her years to learn,  she came to grips with the reality that, although she might play at Nordstroms, she’d never play Carnegie Hall.

Why are Americans so averse to changing course regarding a new onset to our drug problem? Why not shield the idea of slowly dismantling our archaic drug laws – perhaps as a trial run for a few years – and just see what happens?

We put a man on the moon. Can’t we come up with a safe and sensible way of responsibly selling marijuana? We sell alcohol and cigarettes, two deadly killers, and yet we seem sluttish with their distribution methods, even though it’s easier for kids to buy a six pack or a carton than it is for them to get their hands on Sudafed.

Why are we falling for the fallacy-filled excuse that we don’t want our pilots or bus drivers under the crop of marijuana? Of course we don’t. And we also don’t want them under the influence of legalized drugs either, which have proven deadly when operating a vehicle.

Dangers lurk everywhere in life, but we can be sensible about coping with them. Marijuana is not nearly as scary as violent drug dealers who create mayhem on our streets, who deal with megabucks that further fuel their purchase of more deadly guns. We need to stop and think — really think – about how best to de-escalate the myriad problems that have been created – not solved – by our current war on drugs.

If adults choose to abuse the use of marijuana, we need to allow them the freedom to do so, just as we already do with their freedom to abuse alcohol and baccy.

We also should be less callow about our children. They are already quite savvy in getting whatever they want whenever they want. But they are getting it in unsavory places from unsavory people, paying outrageous prices. How long would those pushers stay in business if they knew that the dope they sell could be legally undersold at a fraction of their price?

We need to look in another direction if we are to have any hope of addressing drug use in our country. If a non-user grandmother like myself can entertain the possibility of legalizing marijuana, maybe you can too. We just need to be brave in taking the first step toward imagining a world where draconian laws, incarceration, fear and ridicule may not be the only answers out there.

There are many common conditions that a lot of people suffer from and diabetes is one such condition. One could suffer from low or high blood sugar. To contain this condition and ward off low blood sugar problems, you will need to check your blood sugar levels at regular times.

The device used to measure the level of sugar or glucose in the blood is called a blood glucose monitors. Normally, a specialized type of coated strip that contains a blood sample is placed inside the blood sugar monitor that will then measure the glucose level in the blood sample. Afterwards, the results will be displayed in digital format.

Blood glucose monitors are used mainly by a diabetic to check blood glucose levels which needs to be kept balanced to avoid risks of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) and high blood sugar (hyperglycemia). Home test kits are also helpful in maintaining good glucose control with the help of proper diet, exercise and doctor-supervised medications.

There are some guidelines to help a diabetic person maintain a good blood sugar level and diabetes care is specially designed by a doctor for every individual patient. Some diabetics may need to use  blood glucose monitors more frequently than other patients. It will all depend on the recommendation of the doctor or diabetes educator. Self-monitoring of blood sugar is suggested to all diabetic people especially for people who take insulin.

What we need to take into consideration  is that not all blood glucose monitors functions the same way. Patients need to know how to use this equipment and interpret results and training from a diabetes educator is needed to achieve this. A diabetes educator should watch a patient perform the test to be sure that the patient will know how to use the machine. The following information below is steps for using  blood glucose monitors:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Afterwards, dry the hands completely with a clean cloth.

2. Prick the fingertip using a needle or lancet. Hold the finger down until a small amount of blood drops onto a test strip.

3. Insert the test strip inside the blood sugar monitor and then record the test result.

4. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) requires all blood sugar level monitors to have an easy to follow instructions (manual). It is also best to carefully read the manual in case a problem arises. A lot of blood sugar monitors use “error codes” whenever there is a problem and the manual can help interpret the error code and resolve the problem.

Using blood glucose monitors is a good way to help maintain good blood sugar level. For more information on the importance of this machine and how to use it, it is best to seek advice or assistance from a diabetes educator or doctor.

There are basic facts you should really know about fats. There are principally 2 classes of fats ; saturated fat, and unsaturated. The unsaturated ones are the polyunsaturated fats, and monounsaturated fats. Some fats are threatening, while some aren’t. When fats come mixed with proteins in the body, they create a complicated called Lipoproteins. We will look at these later in a wider view to see why some are desirable and some are not, but first, let’s take a look at the major types of fats.

Saturated fat- trans-acids are made of several chains of carbon atoms, it is alleged to be saturated because the carbon atoms have no free bonds to link with other atoms. Normally a carbon atom has two free bonds that are ready to glue with other atoms to form a compound. When these free bonds are used up entirely, typically by another carbon atom or a hydrogen atom, the fat becomes saturated. That’s because there is not any room for any more attachment.

These are the bad type of fat and the one we must avoid in trying to enjoy health. The body has a heavy time processing saturated fats, thanks to the number of bonds it needs to break down in the act. Saturated fats raise cholesterol levels, which increases the possibility of a coronary. For a good dieting plan, saturated fats must be reduced significantly from the diet. Examples of sources of saturated fat are all sorts of fat in animal flesh ( meat ), palm oil, and coconut oil for example.

You may’t really do a profitable weight reduction program with out considering weight loss pills that work for women. In the past it was once tough to find best weight loss pills over the counter but nowadays it very easy. Just a simple search online for weight loss pills review will return one hundred’s of outcomes yow will discover helpful in your combat against weight loss.

Polyunsaturated fat- Polyunsaturated fat comes in 2 types : omega six and omega three. It is ‘poly’ because there are far more than one unsaturated bonds in the compound. It is Omega-6 as the first unsaturated bond exists at the 6th carbon atom. Same is applicable to omega3. Omega six type comes mainly from vegetables, and omega three come from oily fish. This sort of fat is basically the healthy type and helps to cut back the level of cholesterol! So a little consumption is significant for health. Remember, ‘small’. Monounsaturated fat- They have only one carbon atom carrying unsaturated bonds. They’re derived typically from vegetable and are found in olive oil and almond oil. They also have the facility to help to reduce cholesterol levels. Lipoproteins : they’re fat-protein complexes and play crucial role in the development of coronaries. They’re two classes of these lipoproteins. High Density Lipoproteins- These lipoproteins cut back the likelihood of a coronary disease. Low Density Lipoproteins- Increases the possibility of heart sicknesses. If the level of LDL is higher than that of HDL, the possibility of a heart problems, stroke diabetes and so on. Is increased and vice versa. Fats produces terribly high levels of energy and the daily consumption should not surpass thirty percent of your total calories. In other words, for an average daily consumption of two thousand calories, only about 600 should be fat derived. This naturally is if you are not making an attempt to loss weight, but if you’re ; your daily fat consumption shouldn’t be enough to produce six hundred calories. Every 1g of fat gives out 9 calories. That leaves you with about 66.7g of fat each day. But for weight reduction, it should go below that. This can be attained by cutting down on all fatty foods and eating more of vegetables and fruit, a little of pure carbohydrates. With minimal fat at all, you will soon be getting comfortable with the lo-fat diet.

God is love…so be love…let your words, your actions, your thoughts reflect God’s love…and give that love to others.

If God’s love isn’t flowing out of you…then choose to, right now, to be still and let God fill you up with His love.  Be still and let God whisper wisdom and guidance to you.  Be still and let God heal you.  You don’t have to continue your life the way you are.  It is your choice.  He will never leave you or forsake you.  Call out to God and He will answer you.  If you called out, then are you listening???

I called out to God 8 years ago while being still after hitting rock bottom and He answered me and is still answering me.  He answered me, so I listened and He guided me every step of the way over the next few years and I healed completely naturally from addictions, extreme panic attacks, numbness of the face and arm, extreme back pain, hidden anger, lust, negative thoughts and words, broken relationships, hearing voices, hallucinating, depression and so much more and it all started with stillness.  Being still is the most powerful thing I do, and I do it every moment I can.

God is the only one that can conquer that anger issue, your anxiety problem, your addiction, the greed and lust, the broken relationships, the negative thoughts and words, those past wounds…so why aren’t you choosing to grab a hold of Him.  Stop trying to do it on your own.  Our Heavenly Father’s lap is always available to us.

He is saying,  “Come”…are you listening…he is saying “Come, let me hold you my child, let me love you, let me heal you, let me guide you and direct you.”  “I have great wisdom to share with you, I have many blessings in store for you.”  “Come sit on Daddy’s lap”.

It is the best place to be…so choose to climb up and take a breath…in the stillness and hear the whispers…in God’s presence.  Then, you will not be able to contain the love…you will be so filled up with His love that it will just flow out of you and you will naturally want to give it to others.

So is the problem that we are just too busy to sit on Dad’s lap?  Is the problem that we pray and pray and pray but how much time do you actually spend being still to listen?

The guidance is already written out for us…we just need to listen.
Be still and know that I am God…Psalm 46:10.
